Who can organize a preconference?

A preconference to EASP GM 2020 might be organized by any current member of EASP (at least one of the organizers should be a current member of EASP). Please remember that EASP does not select preconferences. EASP also does not review or endorse any material presented at preconferences.

Each room is equipped with a projector (with VGA and HDMI input) and speakers. Preconference organizers need to arrange laptops and projector adapters by themselves. The main conference venue will not be available for the pre-conferences. If you do not see an appropriate room please contact us and we will try to help with finding a more suitable venue.

Registrations and fees

Preconference organizers need to handle the registration process and accounting of the event by themselves.

We recommend that each pre-conference has a simple website with all the up-to-date information. We suggest that pre-conference organizers create a pre-conference website (e.g., google sites), google document, or Twitter profile, so it gives them full and timely control over the content. We will add short info about each pre-conference on our website (title, organizers, link to external pre-conference website, etc).
